It's nearly time for the big summer getaway. πŸ›¬ Whether you're heading up north or further afield don’t let back pain ruin your trip. ⛰️

Here are our fave five top tips for a healthier spine while travelling:

βœ”οΈ Move regularly - try to at least stand or change position every 30-60 mins.

βœ”οΈ Don't cross your legs - this puts strain through your pelvis and lower spine.

βœ”οΈ Only pack what you need - try to keep your luggage as light as possible.

βœ”οΈ Stretch before & after travel - you can pack a spikey ball or tennis ball for some self massage too.

βœ”οΈ Stay hydrated - limit caffeine and alcohol too, your whole body will thank you for it.

Small habits can make a big difference to how your body feels on the move.
