I was clearing through photos last night and found this absolute gem - a little part of Edinburgh history.

This is my Great Uncle Willie Alexander - founder of Golden Wonder crisps, which started in Gorgie, Edinburgh as a hobbie. Demand for his crisps was so big, he opened a factory in Dean Village, Leith, Sighthill and Bathgate. That’s when the Golden Wonder empire began. No wonder I have a wee fancy for crisps! He went on to open factories all over the U.K.

I certainly see the family resemblance and work ethic. Uncle Willie went on to retire in Jersey where he bought a launderette as he got bored not working - once an engineer always an engineer.

The next time you’re eating Golden Wonder crisps, know it all began somewhere in Gorgie, Edinburgh! 🩷

The meeting of the worlds is an interesting topic. It’s living between two worlds and merging them together. Think ‘energy’ meeting ‘everyday life’ fusing the practicalities that go along with that.

Energy work means you’re working with people’s souls, and transference is part of that role. Strip it back to the individual doing energy work, notice if they’re healing from a soulful intention or simply for profit. Neither is right or wrong, karma will play out accordingly. Many energy workers heal from light, and many heal from dark - magnetically you’ll attract your vibe tribe.

Looking at the world today you can clearly see this playing out. An example is menopause. How many women are bombarded with ‘cure all’ products that don’t deliver, yet cost a fortune - they’re everywhere and prey on vulnerabilities, promising a false narrative of eternal youth. The truth is we all age, nothing can stop the process - it’s a privilege to get old as many are denied it. It is important to SEE through the illusion.

Bringing two worlds together holds massive responsibility. Responsibility to the people you work with, their lives, energy and SOULS. It’s not an easy option or ‘woo woo’ more exhausting, and being of service for the greater good. This work is the basis of reincarnation, as every choice holds a consequence which will be revisited over many lifetimes. It’s energy and cannot be any other way. If you take advantage of this, then goodluck - everything plays out accordingly.

It’s an interesting time we’re living in, wondering what’s real and what’s not. The one thing that doesn’t lie is ENEGY.

To all the healers, psychics, energists, 5D’s bringing to 3D and those merging two worlds together - you’re doing great!!!! Just remember this was part of your souls journey and you’re not alone.

Five years ago this month I launched my first book called Hope - it’s something I’m extremely proud of, because writing a book isn’t easy, it’s exhausting, yet SO worth it!!

I’m thrilled to have made a difference to people’s lives, offered inspiring and insights into an energetic system that has the power to make huge personal transformation. To me, this is what purpose and being of service is all about. I look back at that stage in my life and wonder how on earth I managed to get through all the difficulties I faced, but I did.

Working with energy and the chakra system isn’t a nice to have, woo woo or new age theory - it’s essential, and I love the fact that science is now proving this. We are spiritual beings having a human experience, and are more powerful than we will ever realise. The possibilities of transformation are limitless yet each day we are consumed with conditioning that holds us back.

The book is for those who want to break free from mundane low vibrations, instead replacing them with amazing contagious energy. It’s a story about my journey which was horrific to say the least, and 21 client stories whom I helped to transform their lives too. I introduced my poetry which felt gut wrenching to do, but also liberating, with a chakra system and formula I have used for 20 years.

It has been a fantastic 2 years working at Bluebird Care Edinburgh and Ayrshire as their Wellness Specialist. Thank you to Jane Perry for bringing me on board and to Geraldine O’Reilly and Annemarie Frew for rallying the team to embrace my work. There has been no stone left unturned and I’m proud of my contribution and outcomes.

Not only was an award winning Wellness Strategy recognised at the Scottish Care Awards, I say goodbye with the Care Inspectorate awarding 5 stars to the service which is the highest accolade.

My favourite part of the role has undoubtedly been making a difference to peoples lives, and ‘caring for the carers’ as they give so much of themselves to their job. When staff are happy and their wellness is looked after properly, everything falls into place, which creates a thriving working environment and ends toxic culture.

Thanks for the flowers, laughs and memories - I wish the whole team a fantastic future! 🩷

Today is a really special day. Not only is it a Full Moon in Aquarius, the Sun and Jupiter in Leo, come together in an exact conjunction, creating an astrological aspect called ‘Cazimi.’

It means that the sun is enhancing the expansive aspects of Jupiter to usher in positive vibes and prosperity.

What to do today:

Write down EVERYTHING you want to release.

Burn it safely.

Sit quietly with your eyes closed thinking about the abundant life you want to live - visualising it as already here.
