✨️ SACRED SOUL RETREAT - COMING SOON! ✨️

I created this event out of a genuine need for stillness, to gain a deeper understanding of what I needed and gifting myself space to allow the answers to come.

As someone who is constantly on the go, forever got project(s) happening, working, and just doing my best to get through life. It can be challenging to find moments of peace and quiet!

It got me thinking...

● How many people are in similar situations?
● How many people allow themselves time just to slow down and breathe, without feeling guilty?
● How many of us are constantly in our heads/overthinking, instead of listening to our bodies knowing/intuition?

I wanted a place to relax, slow down, gather my thoughts, drop into my physical body and feel what I needed. I had burning questions I needed answers to. I wanted space to explore them, and find answer that felt good and made sense.

This is when our 'Sacred Soul Retreat' was born. It has loving designed to take you through a soul journey. To give you space, time and clarity, to feel into important questions. To delve into the answers being presented to you by the oracle cards, receiving energy treatment to help remove the blocks that are stopping you from taking the next steps.

We are lovingly creating a 'SACRED HALF DAY RETREAT' which is designed for those who want to reconnect with their body, calm their nervous system, deepen their healing journey and find clarity.

Our 'JOURNEY THROUGH THE CHAKRAS' workshops, will be exploring all the 7 chakras individually. We will create a sacred space that is playful, immersive, and allows us to delve deeper into our energy systems, know as chakras.
