Reiki is a gentle yet powerful Japanese healing technique based on the understanding that everything is energy.
Rei means higher wisdom or universal power
Ki means life force energy
When your energy flows freely, you experience balance, harmony, and wellbeing. When that flow becomes blocked or disrupted, it can show up as stress, fatigue, emotional overwhelm, or physical discomfort.
Reiki works through a simple hands-on (or hands-off) healing practice that supports the natural flow of energy within the body. This promotes deep relaxation, reduces stress, and encourages the body’s own healing ability, helping you return to a state of calm, clarity, and balance.
✨ In this Reiki Level 1 course, you will learn how to:
Channel Reiki energy safely and confidently. Use Reiki for self-healing and personal growth .
Share Reiki with others, pets, plants, and spaces
Create more peace, grounding, and harmony in everyday life.
Reiki is widely recognised as a supportive, complementary therapy and is often used alongside conventional treatments for conditions such as cancer and multiple sclerosis, offering comfort, relaxation, and emotional support.
The training is only a day 10-6pm and 21 days of practice to embody the learings.
The course include Manual and recordings of the practices and a diploma.
