The same can be said of your body, it requires the same two key components, but it's the latter that's all too often overlooked! So what does this mean?
π½Runners love to run, and the more you practice the more efficent your heart and lungs as an engine become. So you can run more, and further. Infact, you can feel 'fit' pretty quickly. So you start to go further..
But.. if you're one of the many who then take your 'car' out more because you 'can', but ignore the structural integrity this demands, then handling and performance will be impeded when you start racking up multiple miles under the weight of your body accelerating, decelerating, and absorbing the force of weight and gravity.
