Spring is in the air 🌸

It’s been a busy start to the year at all my clinics. It felt like a long January and a fast February! I’ve got a week of annual leave in March then we’re into the bank holiday months of April and May, so if you are after a particular day/time for an appointment don’t leave it too late to book 🗓️

Hopefully March and the spring time will bring with it some warmer drier weather. A big theme the past two months have been people moving less and getting out and about less, understandably as it’s been miserable. Patients also often stating that the damp weather isn’t helping their joints. So here’s to moving in March! 👣

Since most of you see me in clinic when we are focusing on your recovery & health, I thought I would share I little bit about me when I’m not ‘Hannah the Osteopath’ 💫

My passion is helping you move better and feel your best but here’s what keeps me moving 👉🏼

🏊‍♀️ I’m a huge fan of all things swim, bike & run
🚴🏻‍♀️ I spent 8 years racing at an elite level in triathlon
📔 I’m a planner and organiser…I love a list
👟 This year I’ve set my sights on running a marathon…or two 🤭
🎶 Taylor Swift was top of my Spotify for 2025
✈️ I love travel and exploring new places, something I was lucky to do a lot of when I was racing around the world
🍞 When I’m not in the clinic you’ll find me in the kitchen. I love baking and make sourdough every week. I love hosting people and cooking delicious home cooked meals with a glass or two 🥂
🍫 I made & sold brownies during lockdown, they are my go to bake
🐶 Most of the pictures on my phone are of our dog Perkin. He’s a 3 year old Jack Russell cross who is a ball of energy 🚀
👣 I love long dog walks and exploring the countryside, especially if there’s a cafe or pub stop along the way
☀️ I love all things summer and sunshine
🏡 I grew up in Hertfordshire & now live in Hampshire
🩺 I’ve been practicing as an osteopath for over 13 years after graduating from Oxford Brookes with a Masters in Osteopathy
