Well done to Hamish on the goal but more importantly, what a shift you put in today wearing the number 10 again! Pure Motion thinks your having fun up there! 🤩

3’ GOOOAAAALLL

Quick start from United as Robert Scott crosses in and a nice ‘dummy’ from Brodie Christie allows Hamish Fraser to tap in.

The day after the game is when recovery really matters ⚽️

You might feel stiff, heavy-legged or a bit sore, so keep the body moving gently, rehydrate, eat well and prioritise sleep.

And if a niggle feels like more than normal post-match soreness, get it checked before the next training session.

Recover today. Perform better tomorrow.

Pure Motion Clinic has had a busy weekend already 💙⚽️

On Friday we were delighted to sponsor Hopeman Primary School’s Colour Run such a brilliant community event and great to see so many bairns getting involved and having fun. Alrhough i think Justine and Lauren got more on themselves! 😂

Then today, one of our Lossie United players, Hamish, only goes and gets himself on the scoresheet! ⚽️🙌

From supporting our local community to supporting the players we work with, it’s been a cracking weekend so far.

Well done to everyone involved and well done Hamish!💙
