💊Ordering a repeat prescription💊

If a medication is on repeat prescription, you need to order it when you need it.

❎We do not accept repeat requests over the phone, the main reasons being safety and volume of requests - we process 300-400 per day.

✅To order your repeat, you can use the repeat slip you receive from the chemist after the first issue or with a piece of paper complete with all of your details. You can hand this into ourselves or your chemist.

‼️We require 4 working days to process requests for medication, if you run out of repeat medication we will ask you to obtain an emergency supply from your usual pharmacy until your order can be processed.
