☀️ July | High Summer ☀️

July’s theme is High Summer – making the most of the long days while continuing to look after yourself.

There’s something special about this time of year. Early mornings, light evenings and plenty of sunshine. Perfect for taking your movement outdoors. Or maybe you enjoy your morning coffee in the garden listening to the birds.

And of course... keep showing up. 💛

You never regret coming to class. Whether it’s Yoga or Pilates, people almost always leave feeling calmer, stronger and more energised than when they arrived.

Our first yoga classes of July begin tomorrow and, if the sun sticks around, we’ll be taking it outside 💚

Check out the current timetable along with the new enhanced class pass options. The new bundles are designed to give you more flexibility over the summer holidays, making it easier to stay committed to your practice while fitting it around holidays and changing routines. There are also new options to combine Yoga & Pilates for even greater value.

The next Pilates course starts Thursday 23rd July, and booking is now open.

Whether you’re a regular or you’ve been thinking about coming back to the mat, I’d love to see you this month.

What an honour to be a part of this weekend again celebrating all things yoga 💚

Meeting new & familiar faces. Joining in with all the things…yoga, breathwork, meditation, chanting, qi gong, dancing, laughing. All of it! So many diverse teachers sharing what they do 😍

And how lucky we were to have the sun shining down on us on the beautiful island of Anglesey 🌞

☀️ Happy Monday ☀️

A new week beginning, bringing fresh opportunities to move, breathe and reconnect with yourself.

I’m still buzzing after last week’s Pilates launch class, which went down an absolute storm! Thank you to everyone who joined me. Pilates is now officially a regular fixture on the timetable and I can’t wait to welcome even more of you to class.

This week’s opportunities to practice:

🧘🏼‍♀️ Tuesday 6:00pm – Vinyasa Flow

🧘🏼‍♀️ Tuesday 7:05pm – Hatha Yoga

💪🏼 Thursday 8:30am – Pilates

🧘🏼‍♀️ Thursday 9:30am – Hatha Yoga

☀️ Friday–Sunday – Anglesey Yoga Festival

This weekend also brings two special celebrations: Summer Solstice and International Yoga Day. ☀️🧘🏼‍♀️

Traditionally, some yogis mark the Solstice by practising 108 Sun Salutations. Don’t worry, I won’t be making anyone do 108 in a single class! 😂 Although, between us, I suspect we’ll easily cover that many across the week.

Let’s sun salute our way through the week, celebrate the practice that brings us together, and welcome the light, energy and abundance of the season.

✨ How practice goes for a teacher ✨

▪️Sometimes it’s practising sequences exactly as I learned them from my teachers.

▪️Sometimes it’s exploring new ideas, finding inspiration, and discovering ways to share something meaningful with my students.

▪️And other times it’s simply my favourite poses strung together into a flow that emerges naturally from within 💚

▪️I love to finish with a long pranayama practice and meditation, but if I’m honest that’s a luxury a lot of the time. Note to self: include more of the good stuff 😇

I definitely forgot the camera was rolling here and may need to work on my peaceful yogi face... 😂 I promise it felt far more blissful than my expression suggests!

Yoga practice is never about how it looks, but always about how it feels.
