Our sessions are designed specifically for people living with chronic health conditions, with a focus on accessible, comfortable movement without pressure to push beyond your limits.

🌿 Movements adapted to you – exercises can be adjusted to suit different abilities and comfort levels

We are delighted to receive a Β£500 grant from the Asda Foundation!

Living with a chronic illness or long-term health condition can often feel isolating. This funding allows us to continue providing free in-person support groups complete with craft supplies, board games, and refreshments - giving our members a relaxed, friendly environment to socialise, share tips, and build lasting connections.

Thank you to the Asda Foundation for helping us continue our work in the local community! 🀝

Our first session was a fantastic success, and we were so pleased to receive such lovely feedback from everyone who joined us! πŸ’™ Participants particularly loved the gentle pace, supportive atmosphere and the ability to adapt exercises to suit individual needs and abilities.

We were especially pleased to hear how much people valued the personalised adjustments, helping everyone feel comfortable, included and confident to take part. πŸ’š
