☀️ A little team update!

Claire is away until 8th June and Ellie is away until 1st June.

When Ellie is managing things solo, we’ll still be answering messages - just with slightly slower response times than usual.

However, during the short period when we’re both away, we’ll be fully out of office and unable to respond to calls, messages, emails, or enquiries.

This also means there is no online session on Wednesday 27th May.

Thanks so much for bearing with us - we’ll get back to you as soon as we can! 💕

At Chronically Supported, we’re proud to support Mental Health Awareness Week alongside other members of the Mental Health Alliance in Cheshire West.

Mental Health Awareness Week, taking place from 11 to 17 May 2026, is an opportunity for us all to:
⚫️raise awareness of mental health and reduce stigma
⚫️encourage open conversations about wellbeing
⚫️highlight support available locally and nationally
⚫️celebrate the organisations, volunteers and wider communities making a difference every day.

The theme for this year’s awareness week is action: for yourself, for someone else, for all of us. Action has been chosen because, while awareness is vital, real change comes when we take action too. Together, we’ve come a long way on mental health, but we can’t risk going backwards. There’s still much we can do to prevent people becoming unwell in the first place.

We’re delighted to be part of the Mental Health Alliance in Cheshire West, a collaborative network of community sector organisations promoting positive mental health and offering a wide range of support for those who may need it.
