Always find my day is good after I do something for my own wellbeing
Never thought I would be using Kettlebells and Weights .
Definitely recommend Sara she is so good at what she does , always makes sure that you are using the equipment properly , and is very encouraging and knowledgeable.
I was always put off with Gyms previously , but I really look forward to class with Sara
There is only 4 in our class , so you know you are getting all the support you need .
Photo was taken in Santorini while climbing up to an old monastery from our Hotel ,
one of the reasons for wanting to keep myself fit and active , I will be returning here in September this year and lots of walking planned ❤️😃

While having a short break chilling in Queensferry Edinburgh, My Husband and I decided to go exploring, We had heard of Cramond Village and Island so decided rather than go into Edinburgh we would see if we could find this best kept secret place .
and the famous eagle rock . Wow
After finding the village and the walking path which was unfortunately closed , we then followed directions to get to the old bridge which took us into the Dalmeny Castle estate
30/40 mins walk approximately and we were at the famous rock .
Found some lovely sea glass on our walk
Such a lovely day exploring and so good for the soul , needless to say legs were a bit stiff following day 🤣
Definitely going to go back and walk over to the Island when can time it a bit better for the crossing , and not get marooned 🤣
Love this place , ❤️ Good to take time to unwind and nourish yourself with the beauty surrounding us .
Back to work tomorrow feeling refreshed.
