What a fantastic day with a beautiful group of women 🌞 We had a surprise 70th Birthday Party with Self Care from Serenity Within, Sea Biscuit Sauna finishing off with a soundbath Finding Qi In Me and the weather was perfect! 🌻💐🌞

Tonight I was at my first floating sound bath with Source harmony at House of Schivas. I highly recommend it! Feeling so relaxed. Thank you 💗🌻
