Hot Pilates at CalmSpace 🔥 **fully booked**

Join me for a 60 minute Pilates session aimed to make you sweat, stretch and detox. This class is held in beautiful surroundings at the CalmSpace yurt which is naturally heated by a log burner.

This weekend has been a hot one at CalmSpace.
We started with Hot Pilates with Aurora Fitness, followed by guided sauna sessions, private hires, and grounding forest therapy with Debbie Sea Biscuit Sauna .
And we’re not slowing down — the heat continues through the week with our regular Thursday Hot Yoga classes with Ali Align Wellness 6pm and 7.15pm 🔥🧘‍♀️
We finish the week with a self care private event including the Sea Biscuit Sauna with Serenity Within.

we offer guided sessions 1-1 , groups , couples , birthdays , hen parties , yoga groups , if your into wellness and you want a day in the woodland this is your spot , if your an event facilitator get in touch yurt hire £25 p.h and sauna £75 p.h also group sessions can be divided between yurt and sauna up to 16 people . guided sessions can be added instead of the sauna hire where sauna master debbie will hold space for the group
