✨ASKING FOR HELP, INTENTION & FREE WILL

The other day, I noticed I wasn’t experiencing the level of support, opportunities, synchronicities, and beautiful coincidences that I’ve felt at other times in my life.

So I asked myself, What’s different?

The answer that came was simple: You need to ask for help. Talk to your angels & guides.

So today, a reminder to connect with your angels, guides, Universe, God, Source, or whatever resonates with you. Be clear about what you desire. Set clear intentions. Ask for support.

Whether you view this through a spiritual lens or a scientific one, intention matters. Our brains are constantly filtering millions of pieces of information, bringing our attention to what we have told them is important. When we set a clear intention, we activate this filtering system and become more aware of opportunities, resources, people, and possibilities that may have previously gone unnoticed.

From a spiritual perspective, many traditions teach that free will is deeply respected. Support is available, but we are invited to consciously participate in the co-creation of our lives by asking, choosing, and opening ourselves to receive.

✨Clarity creates direction.

✨Intention creates focus.

✨Asking creates openness.

So today, don’t carry everything alone.

🪷🤍 Where has your Focus been lately? What do you think about on a daily basis? What do you often talk about? Where have you given your attention to this week, this month, this year? Do you tend to focus on what’s wrong in your life, what’s wrong with the world, systems that aren’t working? Do you spend time worrying about things that haven’t even happened yet?! Do you constantly dig up the past and feel those upsets and wrongs as if they are happening in the now, over and over again? I get it. I’ve been there and I know from experience that this equals deep unhappiness, feeling completely unfulfilled. I was struggling and miserable and have been to a very dark place on more than one occasion when I didn’t even want to be here anymore. It all felt too hard. Surely life wasn’t meant to be this hard I’d think. I knew happiness was possible and I was determined to feel it again. So, for the past 10+ years I have been on a journey of self discovery, learning and growth and today I can honestly say that I feel peace, happy, content, fulfilled and am so grateful for the journey and this path that I’m on. If it all feels a bit much right now, know that with greater awareness, conscious choices, new habits and learning new tools that things can absolutely turn around. There is a part of you that already knows how to do this. She is right there waiting for you to choose her🪷🤍

✨SELF BELIEF & THE VOICE THAT SAYS ‘YOU’RE NOT ENOUGH’✨

For years, I’d hear people say, "You have to believe in yourself!"

"How?!" I’d think to myself.

I wanted to believe in myself. I affirmed it. I was willing to believe in myself. I listened to self-belief meditations. I looked at younger parts of me. I did belief work. I trusted my inner compass, and I could see how capable I was, but still I didn’t feel it. Self-doubt and the voice that echoed "not enough" were still there, loud and clear. There was still a part of me that never felt the work I did was good enough.

What was I missing?

I realised my lack of self-belief wasn't because I wasn't capable. It was because I was still seeing myself through the lens of "not good enough." It was how I saw myself. My "not good enough" identity.

The shift came through certainty and choosing to bring forward the part of me who does believe in herself. She was right there all along.She can do this. She has already done this. She knows how to do this. I just had to choose her and keep choosing her. Align with her. What would she think? What would she believe? What would she do today? How would she act? I had to normalise being her. Normalise embodying the version of me who knows she absolutely is enough and who knows she can do anything.

Affirm today - Each and every day I choose me. I back me. I root for me. I celebrate me.🤍✨ I am enough🤍🪷 I choose to be more and more of me🤍✨
