As the wheel turns once more, join us for a nourishing afternoon of movement, rest, and connection as we celebrate the energy of the Summer Solstice. Guest to be announced later!

We’ll begin with gentle yoga - and some sun salutations - to awaken the body, release, ease, and create space to welcome in the brightness and vitality of the season.

This practice is designed to help you soften, open, and reconnect with yourself as we move into the height of summer.

Following this, enjoy a deeply restorative sound bath, allowing you to fully settle, reset, and soak in the magic of this seasonal pause.

As always, there’ll be a little extra magic sprinkled throughout the afternoon ✨ plus ceremonial cacao to open the heart, with a nourishing snack afterwards.
