The Mental Health Foundation (2026) states that “half of all mental health conditions begin by age 14.” However, accessing timely support can often be difficult, and private healthcare is not a viable option for many families.

Having worked within both CAMHS and private healthcare services, I have seen first-hand the gap in support available across the UK and how many children and young people are falling through it.

I am passionate about offering accessible help and support to families within our community.
