💜 Supporting others through difficult moments in life is at the heart of everything Helrica stands for.

People often ask where the name Helrica comes from.

The name combines part of my own name, Helena, with the name of my dear friend Erica, whose cancer journey helped shape the person I am today.

Supporting Erica through some of the most difficult moments of her life changed mine forever.

It taught me the importance of kindness. The value of time. The power of simply being there for someone.

Alongside my work as a Macmillan Support Buddy, those experiences became the inspiration behind Helrica Massage Clinic.

This clinic was never created to be "just another massage clinic".
It was created to offer comfort, compassion and support to people who may be facing some of life's most challenging moments.

A place where people can feel heard. A place where people can feel safe. A place where people can simply arrive exactly as they are.

Because sometimes what people need most is not someone to fix them.

Sometimes they simply need someone who understands. 💜

✨ Exciting news! ✨

Helrica Massage Clinic will officially open its doors on 1st July, and I’m so delighted that appointments are already being booked.

Helrica is a calm, welcoming wellness clinic in Littleport, offering Oncology Massage, Menopause Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and Alternative Hair Consultations.

It has been incredibly heartwarming to hear from so many people already, and I can’t wait to welcome my first clients into the clinic.
