🍀🚢 What a fabulous few days! 🚢🍀

I’ve just got home from the most wonderful little cruise to Cork, Ireland with my lovely mum, sailing on MSC Cruises Virtuosa — and we’ve had such a brilliant time! ❤️

Lots of laughs, beautiful views, exploring, relaxing… and yes, a few cocktails may have made an appearance! 🍹😂

Now, I’m not going to pretend I Food Optimised 100% while I was away because I absolutely didn’t! But I did make better choices where I could, enjoyed the food I really wanted to enjoy and, most importantly, didn’t turn a few days away into a “well, I’ve blown it now” situation.
And that’s exactly what I love about Slimming World. ❤️

Real life happens. Holidays happen. Cocktails happen! 😂

It’s about making the best choices you can, enjoying yourself without guilt and then simply getting back to what works for you when you get home.
So… back on plan, back to routine and ready for a fabulous week! 💪

And I am SO excited to be back in group tomorrow and see all my fabulous members. I’ve missed you all! 🥰
Oh… and I couldn’t come home from Ireland without bringing back a little Irish momento for the raffle! ☘️🎟️
I wonder who’ll be taking that home tomorrow! 👀

What a weekend! ❤️

I’ve just spent an inspiring and motivational weekend with some wonderful fellow Slimming World Consultants and a brilliant trainer, sharing experiences, learning from each other and upgrading my skills and knowledge.

And I absolutely love that Slimming World invests in us like this — because it means I can keep learning, growing and making sure I’m delivering the very best support, service and experience possible for my members 🥰

There’s always something new to learn, another idea to bring back to group and another little way I can help someone feel more confident, more in control and closer to the changes they want to make.

So if you’ve been thinking “maybe I should give Slimming World a try…” — perhaps this is your little nudge. 😉

🌸 **We really do eat with our eyes first!** 🌸

There’s something about making food look fabulous that makes it even more appealing, isn’t there? A little colour, some fresh herbs or a sprinkle of something beautiful can turn an ordinary plate into something that feels a bit special. 💜

So you can imagine my excitement when I spotted these **British edible violas** in Marks and Spencer 😍

Not only are violas my absolute favourite flowers, but these little beauties are also showing as a **Speed Free Food** in the Slimming World app!

I mean… flowers I can actually eat AND they’re helping make my food look gorgeous? 🌸😂 **I’m sold!**

And yes, I’m now wondering how many meals I can possibly put flowers on… 😂💜

A little shoutout to the lovely team at Cross Kitchen Emsworth… ❤️
Thank you so much for letting me put my lovely fresh new Slimming World banner outside your beautiful restaurant! It’s looking rather smart if I do say so myself! 😂

I’m really grateful to local businesses who are happy to support the wellbeing of our community. And actually, I think Cross Kitchen and Slimming World make pretty good neighbours!
Because I’m a BIG believer that healthy living isn’t about never having a treat again. Life is far too short for that! 😂

Sometimes you want a lovely coffee and something delicious alongside it — and that’s absolutely OK. It’s about finding that balance, enjoying the things you love and then getting back to the habits that make you feel good.
That’s what I love about Slimming World. It’s not about being perfect. It’s about real life. Birthdays, coffees, meals out, cake… AND plenty of fruit, veg and healthy, filling food too. It can all fit. 🙌

So thank you Cross Kitchen for supporting me, my members and our local community. It’s lovely to see local businesses looking out for the people around them. ❤️
