Like many other families, we enjoyed a picnic over the bank holiday weekend whilst dodging the showers! We were immediately bombarded with wasps who were very persistent in trying to get to the cheeses and sweet treats we had made.

As always, I was armed with my favourite summer remedy, Apis Mellifica. It is an integral member of the remedies in my homeopathic first aid kit designed for all my summer pursuits with family and friends.

Having just got back from the Cotswolds with all the family, where paddle boarding, cycling, fishing, long walks and swimming were daily pursuits. I realise how grateful I am for my homeopathic first aid kit that I take everywhere I go.
Wasp stings, heat stroke, sunburn, dehydration, headaches, hay fever, mosquito bites, indigestion, travel sickness and bumps and falls. These were all the things I had covered for our trip.
Because you never know what you may need, I take a good selection of remedies and find I always need to use at least one of them.

During a conversation with an old friend recently, she told me she had used her homeopathy first aid kit to treat her son who had been stung by a wasp, whilst out with friends.
