🤍 🕊️ Today we say goodbye to one of the best, Seamus McGovern. Seamus was one of the most caring, charismatic, suave, happy, kind, respectful, witty and sensitive people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He gave me the opportunity to work for him, and alongside him, for many wonderful years in The Bush Bar Blacklion, just before I began my Podiatry career. Seamus was one of those people who lit up the bar when he walked in with his wonderful smile, quick wit and his immaculate style (and of course his A*men fragrance). He was so full of life and energy and had so much love for his life and his family and friends. I will always be incredibly thankful for the opportunity he gave me to learn from him and for the trust he placed in me to look after the bar for him. It was the place where I did my university work, found out my Podiatry degree results, where I had the best craic of my life and the place where I met my now husband, Ciaran Maguire (Pele). Thankyou for the wonderful memories you gave us the opportunity to make. I will forever remember you with fondness and happiness and we will share our memories and stories of such a beautiful human being with Dáithí always. We loved you so much Seamus. My thoughts are very much with Teresa, Fran, Gareth, Sabrina, Charlene, Shane, Kathleen, Cori, Caleb, Sofia, Shea, Jaimie, baby Rooney, Jack, Finn, Mia and all the family today and in the times ahead. May Seamus Rest In Heavenly Peace 🕊️
