Practice Highlights:
Opening & Grounding (0:00 - 1:13): The session begins with a grounding exercise in Tadasana (mountain pose) at the top of the mat.
Forward Folds & Lengthening (1:13 - 3:08): Includes Utanasana (forward fold) and halfway lifts to prepare the legs and spine.
Dynamic Lunges (3:08 - 7:34): Flowing through downward dog into both high and low lunges for the right and left sides to target hip mobility.
Deep Hip Openers (7:34 - 9:23): Transitioning into Malasana (yogi squat) to focus on opening the hips.
Floor Stretches (9:23 - 13:20): Seated poses including quad stretches and a reclined pigeon variation to release deep-seated tension.
Closing (13:20 - 15:32): Final relaxation in Shavasana to close the practice.
