This is your 12 day warning folks Father’s Day is Sunday 21st July and if you would like to buy him socks we have some super soft bamboo ones! 🧦

As per the votes 🗳️ I have changed the workshop on the 25th July to making Aromatherapy Pulse Points.

Essential oils interact with the limbic system through scent, which plays a role in mood, stress response, and relaxation. Oils like lavender and chamomile can promote calm and better sleep, while citrus oils can feel uplifting and energising. Because they’re plant-derived, essential oils are biodegradable and more environmentally considerate when used responsibly.

Pulse point rollers are designed to be applied to areas where blood vessels are close to the skin. These spots help diffuse the scent and enhance the aromatherapy effect.

On the workshop you’ll be able to choose from a wide range of oils and create your own custom blend. 💧
