Understanding. Acceptance. Support.
For children and young people with ADHD, the world can sometimes feel like a place where they are constantly being asked to try harder, sit still, concentrate more or behave differently.
Over time, these experiences can affect their confidence, self-esteem and emotional wellbeing.
This World Mental Health Day, we’re reminding families that supporting children’s mental health isn’t just about managing challenges. It’s also about recognising strengths, celebrating differences and creating environments where children feel safe, accepted and understood.
