Last week’s challenge was Pete’s Crucifix Hold, and it was fantastic to see so many members getting involved and pushing themselves throughout the week!

Our weekly challenges are designed to give everyone the opportunity to try something new, step out of their comfort zone and challenge themselves. We always remind participants that the challenge is YOU vs YOU, which is why each challenge runs for the whole week, giving everyone the chance to come back and beat their own score.

One challenge may have finished, but a new challenge is already underway this week, so there’s still plenty of opportunity to get involved!

These challenges create healthy competition, build a fantastic buzz around the centre and, most importantly, bring our community together. 🙌

We're excited to launch our Move & Shout Class from Tuesday 20th October at 1.30pm.

This inclusive class is specifically designed to support people living with neurological conditions, including brain injury, MS, and other conditions that may affect cognitive function. The session is also open to wheelchair users, and carers can attend free of charge.

We're excited to have introduced Reformer Pilates classes at Wokingham Leisure Centre, giving our Community access to a new workout class that's as beneficial for the mind as it is for the body. From complete beginners to experienced participants, our three different types of classes make it easy to find the right fit. 💪
