A FREE group for men and their mental health. We walk, talk, and get some fresh air together.

Next meet: Sunday 13 September 2026 📍 Staines railway station TW18 4LY — meet outside the station ⏰ 11am meet for 11:15am start | For those arriving by car you can return to Staines by train to collect.

This month’s walk takes us from Staines-upon-Thames to Windsor, following the Thames Path for most of the route. We’ll follow the river through Runnymede, with its open meadows and connections to Magna Carta, before continuing past Bell Weir Lock and along quieter stretches of the Thames towards Old Windsor.

From there we’ll continue along the river towards Windsor, passing locks, boats and open countryside before finishing in the town with Windsor Castle nearby. We’ll stop in Windsor for food and drinks before catching the train home.
