Bonded Baby Massage is a lovely opportunity to slow down, connect and enjoy some special bonding time, all while learning simple massage techniques you can use at home too.

It’s not about getting every technique perfect, it’s about being present, enjoying your baby and creating those lovely little moments together. 🥰

In Class 4, we learn gentle back strokes which helps us support Babies comfortably and confidently during tummy time.

The Babies love tummy time (even Babies that are not keen tummy time can enjoy it in class) because they get to:
👶 see and interact with each other
🪞 look at themselves in the mirrors provided
🤍 or simply relax and lay on your lap

Tummy time is not only beneficial, but also a fun way for our little ones to explore and grow stronger every day.

I love how all the parents in this course interacted with each other and all the babies 🤍

My heart is just a little bit full that I got to spend the last 4 Friday mornings with this lovely group of Mummy’s and Babies.

We focused on massage for the face and back, and incorporated some Tummy Time into class.

This set of Babies really loved massage.
