I’m heading to the Peak District on Friday!
Packing has begun - a small bag of studio lovelies (oracle cards, singing bowl, some essential oils) and my washbag (gathering my luxurious testers for a spa feel). I’m excited!
If you’re not quite ready to commit to a full week away, this is the one. A short weekend or mid-week break, that somehow manages to feel much longer. Close to home, a cosy venue in the heart of the Peak District, and all the good stuff: yoga, fresh air, and proper countryside hikes. A gentle way in.
Did you know?
1. You don’t have to be good at yoga. Retreats welcome all levels. No one is watching or comparing.
2. Most people come alone. 87% of our guests travel solo but you’re never really alone.
3. You don’t have to do everything. There’s usually a full itinerary, but nothing is compulsory. If you want to skip the hike and read by the pool instead, that’s completely fine.
4. It’s not a bootcamp. A retreat is active enough to feel good, but relaxed enough to actually rest. Most first-timers are surprised by how quickly the rhythm clicks. A retreat is yours to shape.
5. Did I mention the hot tub, with stunning views over the countryside?
You’ll find the link to explore and book in my link in bio.
See you there!
