The Qigong practice of "Lift Qi Up, Pour Qi Down" is a powerful way to shift that stuck energy. It isn’t just about the physical movement—it’s about deepening your connection within.
Feel the sensations: Notice the uncomfortable and the comfortable, the intense and the subtle, without judgment or analysis.
Embrace the holds from centre and side to side. Feel the stretch as you lift your hands above your head, feel the lengthening of your spine.
Let your breath settle your muscles and invite the stiffness to dissolve.
Pour it away: Gently bring your hands down, pouring fresh energy over your head, neck, and torso, letting go of the internal fighting.
When we stop resisting the tension and simply allow ourselves to breathe through it, we create space for true openness and relaxation.
