The event heavily focuses on preventive care, breaking the stigma around mental health, and physical ‘MOT’ health checks.
All our patients aged 40-74 are entitled to a free health check. Just call your surgery and arrange an appointment.

Practice Closure Notice – Friday 22nd May 2026
Dear Patients,
On Friday 22nd May 2026, Lostock Hall Surgery, Eaves Lane Surgery and Croston Medical Centre will be closed until 2:00pm as staff come together to attend the funeral of our much-loved colleague, Dr Muttu.
Between 8:00am and 2:00pm, all services will continue to be provided from:
Buckshaw Village Surgery
Adlington Medical Centre
The practices will reopen as normal from 2:00pm.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your kindness, understanding, and support during this difficult time.
