Urgent Message to Patients

Patients registered at the Adlington Surgeries may have received a letter from NHS England saying that their address is not within the practice boundary – and that they should register at another practice.
This is an error by NHS England – as they have incorrectly looked at a historical boundary related only to one practice from the group.
There is no need to register at a different practice, and you can ignore the letter.
If you have registered elsewhere and wish to return – this can be done by re-registering with us on the below link
