Pilates (group & 1-2-1)/Sports therapy, deep tissue, myofascial, trigger point, Swedish & Indian Head

Pilates:

The exercises performed are aimed at developing strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, balance and good posture. Pilates exercises use our muscles in synergy with each other which helps to prepare and support our bodies for the physical challenges we face in every day life. Alongside the physical benefits, Pilates can also help to increase ones sense of wellbeing and re

duce stress levels. Massage:

I’m pleased to be able to offer all of the following types of massage:

- Sports and deep tissue
- Swedish relaxation
- Pregnancy
- On site chair massage (a.k.a corporate/pressure point massage)

I am available for individual massage treatments as well as corporate bookings, wellness days and events.

Happy New Year everyone! 🌟❤️

It was FAB getting back to Pilates at the weekend! I hope everyone enjoyed the classes as much as I did 🤗❤️

I still have a few spaces left on my Saturday classes at Eversley Village Hall.

There are 4 spaces available on the 8am and three spaces on the 9am.
