The Loft 24hr Gym Mixed Gym. Open 24hrs a Day, 7 Days a Week, 365 Days of the Year!! We are a mixed gym (male/female) in the heart of Evesham's Town Center. Open 24/7!

We have a fully equipped gym with dumbbells to 50kgs, plate loaded and pin loaded weights machines, smith machine, deadlift platform and squat rack. Cardio room with treadmills, Arc trainers, Stairmaster, rowers and bikes. Functional area with battle ropes, boxing bag, plyo box, kettlebells and steps. Stretch out space with yoga mats, foam rollers, straps, bands and blocks.

Here are the best options depending on how many days you can train:

2 Days/Week → Full Body
Hit every muscle each session. Focus on compounds:

Squat
Bench
Row
Deadlift
Shoulder Press

👉 Best for maintaining muscle, building consistency, and beginners.

3 Days/Week → Push / Pull / Legs
Simple, effective, balanced.

Push = chest, shoulders, triceps
Pull = back, biceps

👉 Enough volume to grow without living in the gym.
