This NKD Queen 👏🏻 She didn’t need another diet.
She just needed someone to show her where to start.

She has very busy work schedule with extremely long hours leading into huge events

Running on empty, eating “whatever’s easiest”…
…and wondering why nothing was sticking.

“I’ve tried everything… 1000 calorie diets, shakes, fasting…”
“Calorie counting feels impossible…”

There’s this idea that you’re meant to just “know” what to do when it comes to your body, food, and fat loss.

And if you don’t, you should probably just figure it out quietly…

WHICH IS THE MOST RIDICULOUS THING

You’re allowed to be unsure.
You’re allowed to need things explaining properly.
You’re allowed to start again more than once.

Most women don’t need more discipline at all, they need clarity and support that actually makes sense in real life.

You all have different lives and different struggles but you aren’t alone in feeling like you should just get it!

I feel like we’ve blinked and now it’s half way through the year…

How did that happen?! I don’t know where the last few months have gone!

Coming into 2026, I had such high hopes this year for myself and all our members!

It’s safe to say, 2026 has not disappointed us so far!

Since the beginning of the year, we’ve had clients:
Step into the gym for the first time, ever
Focus on themselves for a change. Really prioritise their needs before anyone else’s
Run their first ever 5km
Wear clothes they’ve had tucked away at the back of the wardrobe for years, with confidence
Get promotions in their jobs because they now back themselves unconditionally
These are amazing highlights from the last few months

Did you notice that not one of them was centred around how much weight someone has lost?

Inside NKD Nutrition we focus on more than your weight, because there’s so much more to you and life than the number on the scales

Take this NKD Queen here, absolutely smashed her time with NKD, she was stuck in a rut of over doing it on a friday/ saturday evening, comfort eating on Sunday and then fully restricting come Monday.

Staying in the same place just going round in circles.

Now the biggest achievement for her was how much more progression she made in her lifestyle and her mindset around foods.

You see, she had been trying to lose weight for years but once we looked at her nutrition and made sure she was consuming a good amount of protein, and actually more calories than she had previously allowed herself…

The weight just started to drop off and her confidence in herself grew as she finally believed she could do this!
