If you are a keen golfer an avid fitness fanatic or sportsperson you will understand that that repetitive movement and impact on your joints and muscles over time can cause pain, stiffness, tightness and misalignment in the body caused by poor posture and / or balance issues.
Bowen Technique can help reset the bodies systems , relieve the symptoms of many different conditions and give a general feeling of well being and relaxation.
Good balance and alignment can help to prevent future injuries and regular treatment will make symptoms much less likely to re-occur.
Our introductory fee of £80 per session or £225 for a course of 3 sessions is seeing the diary fill quickly with the opening date of 4th November getting close
