This International Day of Disabled People, we are proud to support Activity Alliance’s We All Belong campaign, which celebrates inclusion in sports and activities.

Everyone should feel welcome in sport. But Activity Alliance’s research shows that disabled adults are almost twice as likely to be inactive as non disabled adults (40.8 percent compared with 20.7 percent). We are joining the We All Belong campaign to help change this.

Activity Alliance is encouraging people to get involved on their website: activityalliance.org.uk/supporter

A BSL summary of the campaign is available to watch on Activity Alliance’s YouTube channel:

A really special evening at the Devon Tourism Awards - South West.

More than £1700 was raised for Disability Together, and we are so grateful to everyone who made that possible!

Thank you to everyone who donated prizes, took part in the auction, or chose to give on the night. Your support means so much to us.

Every donation helps us continue our work with Disabled and d/Deaf people across Devon and beyond, making sure people can access the support they need to live their life, their way.

A big well done to all of the winners. It was a joy to celebrate with you.

Winter can be a challenging time for many people. Shorter days, cold weather and extra pressures at home or work can make things difficult.

We’ve come up with some handy tips to help you this winter and will be sharing them across our socials as part of our

Wellbeing doesn't mean everything is perfect or that you feel positive all the time. It's about having enough support, simple routines and the things that help you cope when life feels harder.

Try things like
• getting regular rest
• spending time with people you trust
• keeping a routine that feels manageable
• knowing where to turn for help when you need it

Everyone’s wellbeing looks different, so focus on what helps you feel more balanced and able to get through the day.
