What changes do you, or someone you love, want to make?

We often know what we need to do but for some reason just can’t seem to get going or to be consistent.

Many of my clients have made changes that have been a long time coming. Hypnotherapy brings everything together, including our desires, strengths and determination and combines them enabling us to achieve our dreams.

Insomnia - how I can help

“I went in to it not really expecting anything life changing, but since our sessions I'm sleeping better than I have in years”

For anyone struggling with sleep here’s a review explaining how I am able to help. This client had been struggling with sleep for over 10 years.

It’s really common for clients to tell me that they’ve already tried lots of other things like sleeping tablets, CBT and counselling.

“I found Anna Pittard hypnotherapy after having tried everything else for insomnia, sleeping tablets, CBT, counselling etc.

Having suffered for 10+ years I was willing to try anything.

Anna was great, from the first session to the last one, she was understanding, compassionate and informative throughout the whole process.

Anna worked with me to find session times that were convenient for me and was always quick to respond to any queries I sent via email.

The sessions really helped me to understand how the brain works and how with her help I had the tools to improve my sleep.

The track you get given in your first session is so helpful and I still use it now months after we finished our sessions.

I went in to it not really expecting anything life changing, but since our sessions I'm sleeping better than I have in years and even if I have a bumpy night I now have the tools to deal with it in a much more positive way.
