A wonderful and inspiring time was shared at the Exeter Wellbeing Hub as we welcomed guests to Introduction to Energy Psychology - EFT Tapping.

Counsellors, psychotherapists, coaches, and healthcare practitioners came together for the session, hosted by Energy Psychologist Alda Gomez, who offered a fascinating insight into how and why tapping works, and guided us in the practice of tools to use for the regulation of ourselves and for clients.

If you’d like to join the Wellbeing Hub as a member, or you’re interested in hosting an event, workshop, or training session with us, we’d love to hear from you.

The Exeter Wellbeing Hub have had the pleasure of meeting of Roland from Port In The Storm to talk about how life storms touch all of us, but the way they move through our lives is always personal. Sometimes, with a bit of signposting, we can find our footing and weather the winds ourselves. Sometimes, we have the resources to hand things over and let someone else take the helm for a while. And sometimes, we need something in between.

In Roland's own words: "At Port In The Storm (PITS for short) we offer an innovative way to provide support that fills the void between costly experts and free advice. We want to help you navigate your particular circumstances in a way that doesn’t put your financial security at risk. We offer support tailored to your situation, rather than the often generic free advice found elsewhere. We are interested in your personal storm. Whether it’s just an impartial view, or more tactical support, we’re here to provide that check-in point for when it all gets a bit overwhelming and you just need a Port In The Storm. Employment, housing, probate, complaints… the list goes on. Whatever your storm is, talk to us today about how we can help."

🌟 Meet Our Members 🌟

We're delighted to introduce Rob Upton of Routes To Wellness.

Here's some more about Rob:

"On the outside, you seem fine – calm, capable, holding it all together. But inside, it’s a different story. I work with adults and young people who are silently battling with pressure, anger, or a sense that something is missing from their lives.

Many of the people I work with describe a feeling of living behind a mask, smiling, coping, keeping up appearances, while privately trying to combat anxiety, low mood, grief, or a sense of disconnection. If that resonates with you, you’re not alone. I can help.

Whether you’re going through a life transition, carrying unresolved pain, or simply feeling stuck, I offer a warm, confidential space where you can be yourself – no filters, no expectations."
