Condoms not only help prevent unwanted pregnancies, they also help protect against s*xually transmitted infections (STIs).
And, if you're aged under 25, you can even get them free.
To know your STI status, testing is quick and simple, and you can even order self-test kits online.

Find out more about both free condoms and STI testing options on our website: devons*xualhealth.nhs.uk

Chlamydia is one of the most common s*xually transmitted infections, yet often it can have no symptoms.
If left untreated, it may cause infertility and women are at risk of pelvic inflammatory disease.
If you've had s*x with a new partner without using a condom, it's best to test.
Testing is simple and you can even order testing kits online. For more info, see the Chlamydia pages on our website.

If you've had unprotected s*x, you may be able to prevent pregnancy by taking the morning after pill. This is a type of emergency contraception which works by delaying or preventing the release of an egg.
It's most effective the sooner you take it, so its best to seek advice as soon as possible.
Emergency contraception is available from some pharmacies, s*xual health clinics and your GP.
Search emergency on our website to find out more about other emergency contraception methods.
