I have been in the beauty industry my whole life, but holistic therapies have very much been a large part of my life outside of work. After years of classes,

workshops and discovering exactly what i feel i want to focus on a give to others i'm offering a few bespoke services very much centred around energy, healing, balancing and breathing. Its not a once size fits all service, if you do just fancy a holistic facial or head massage then that's perfect........however if you are looking for something a little more in-depth, to discover how to help heal and align your mind, body, spirit and soul then my Wellness Consultations & Reviews are ideal for addressing anything that needs some attention using all the different modalities i have to offer. POV: your brain never stops.

You’re thinking about work while making dinner.
Replying to messages while watching TV.

Trying to relax… but your mind is still running.
This movement is about interrupting that loop.

By crossing and separating the body and alternating sides, you gently encourage the brain to shift attention, focus and coordination almost like giving the mind something else to concentrate on besides stress.

Not about getting it perfect.
Not about choreography.

Just giving your nervous system and busy mind a different pathway for a moment.

For the people who can’t “just switch off.”

This is your permission to move it through instead. ✨

When stress builds in my body, I move.

Not to perform. Not to look perfect.

Just to release.

Sometimes it looks like deep breaths.

Sometimes it looks like stretching.

And sometimes it looks like stamping around the room to drums like I’m shaking the stress out through my feet. 🥁

Movement has become one of the ways I reconnect to myself when life feels heavy.

A reminder that my body isn’t just carrying stress… it can also move through it.

“I’m a survivor” hits differently when you actually let your body feel it. ✨

A little 60-second glimpse into my Friday eMotionDance classes ✨

These classes combine music-led guided movement for grounding, stretching, relaxation and nervous system support in a really gentle and welcoming way.

You absolutely do not need dance experience — it’s more about how movement and music make you feel than “getting it right”.

Perfect if you’ve been feeling stressed, overwhelmed, disconnected or just need a bit of space for yourself.

Sometimes we don’t realise how tense or overstimulated we’ve become until we stop and move.

This is part of the grounding warm-up from my Emotion Dance sessions using music, breath and guided movement to help switch off the mental noise and reconnect with your body.

Guided prompts, no pressure, no need to “dance properly”. Just movement that feels good 🎵
