Back to Yourself is returning to Bomba 💛

After such an incredible first event, we’re doing it all again on Sunday 4th October.

Four hours to step away from everything else and come back to yourself through music, movement, freedom and connection.

No choreography. No performance. No right or wrong way to move.

We’ll journey through different chapters of music and energy: moving, releasing, reconnecting, slowing down and eventually landing into deep relaxation.

And yes… there will be some absolute tunes along the way. 🔥😂

✨ FREE DANCE POP-UP AT PRINCESSHAY, EXETER ✨

Come and find Breathe In Bliss Out at Princesshay on Saturday 29th August, 1–5pm for a completely FREE afternoon of music, movement and feel-good energy! 💛

I’ll be running fun 20-minute pop-up dance sessions throughout the afternoon for both adults and children 🎧💃
