I had to share this here as this is another first for me.
Bare with me as I give a bit of the back story.
So today I dropped off a family members birthday card/ gift. We were sat talking and I looked over at them, to see a passed relative looking back at me. This was momentary and took me off guard. It was the eyes that caught my attention. I did say at the time god, I've just noticed you have similar eyes. But it wasn't just the eyes I could see their face overlaying the person I was talking to. I instantly felt the emotion, and had to come back to myself as it really threw me. Guess they wanted to wish them a happy birthday too.
Has anyone else had this type of experience?

So I'm pleased to say I got to experience my first ever breath work session with the fabulous Kerry Marie.
I have to say, I had no preconceived ideas about the power of such sessions.
But wow, the sound tracks that accompanied the session were phenomenal, taking the breath work to the next level.
Releasing, healing, rebalancing, clearing and very profound.
Restoring the central nervous system. If you've never tried it, I don't think you'll be disappointed. I'm sure Kerry won't mind me passing on her details to anyone local to me who would like more information about this work, whilst she creates her social media pages. She also offers online sessions.

Some lovely feedback from 🇺🇲.
This was from a reading I did a few weeks ago.
It may read a bit discombobulated as I like to protect people's privacy/ confidentiality whilst sharing their feedback.
Recently I've felt the need to step back a bit, and do some grounding gardening work, that needed doing.
I am still here working quietly in the background.

Restructuring.
We often go along our journey perfecting our craft, growing, expanding, gaining new experiences.
And then comes the blocks,the diversions, the backtracking, the void, the disconnection.
As frustrating as this can be, there are valuable lessons contained within. These bumps in the road allow for the lessons learnt to fall away, the people who have taught us the lessons fall by the wayside. The list is endless. But what this really allows for, is for us to be reset on the next path, the path that will give us the best outcome, for the next chapter. Surrendering to this time, allows for us to sit in the quiet,to digest the lessons and recalibrate, ready for the next level. I have noticed that I'm off to do the last part of the priestess training in a couple of weeks, and every time I step up a level, I need to allow the detritus to fall away. To allow me to be as authentic as I can be to match what is being prepared. We do come through this, it's just hard wading through it at times.

I have to share this as my flabber is still gasted🤣.
So this morning I woke up to find what looked like cat fur, by my patio set.
Our old boy sheds a lot and I thought, I hope he's ok and not been fighting again!!
Went to have a closer look and there were between 6-8 small downy feathers.
I then thought the bloody cat had killed a pigeon, so I peered over the wall, nothing. Odd.
So I go back inside thanking the angels for being around. Fill up the kettle, stand looking out the window.
All the feathers had gone!! Vanished, not to be seen!!
There was no breeze, still as a mill pond.
So I poke my head out the door, nope definitely not there. Told the hubby, who said it was a ghost 👻. Love it, but peculiar, still no sign of them🤷🏼🤔 xx
