The first outing for the Autumnal tree...at Sue & Barry's Garden Party for Hospiscare. Beautiful warm sunshine and lots of lovely folk enjoying the cakes, tombola, raffle, artwork, cards and of course free Rubicon Reflexology hand reflexology taster treatments!

Hello, Now I'm 6 months old I thought I'd give this social media thing a try.....

Now it's cooler I've been able to return to my role guarding Mum's car as she does Rubicon Reflexology home visits.

I've also been working on some new skills...playing Dad's phone game (not sure what he sees in it, there are no things to chase!), helping Mum with DIY and the accounts, plus Bank Holiday chilling.

How to make a Reflexologist's Bank Holiday?....

Get a phonecall from a new client, struggling with painful arthritis, saying she just wanted to let me know "What you did was brilliant. The pain's gone, I can stand with straight legs and don't have to use my stick in the house"

The response to a treatment is totally individual and can be subtle however sometimes clients can have a very strong Healing Response.

It is such a privilege to support clients wanting to help themselves; whether with a chronic condition, new ailment or ongoing self-care.

First soggy setup of the summer! The liquid sunshine is clearing so come along to the beautiful walled garden at Cadhay and explore the Hospiscare Summer Fair. Lots of stalls and of course free Rubicon Reflexology hand reflexology taster treatments!

Even Raj has contributed...I forgot a camping chair for clients so I'm sitting on my boxes and clients get the comfort of my stool and Raj's crate cushion he hasn't used all summer because it's been too hot!

It's been a busy few months for Rubicon Reflexology, so a random weekend in beautiful Roscoff celebrating the sweet, pink Roscoff Onion was the perfect rest....

Onions (+ shallots & garlic), onion soup, onion sweets, onion cookies, onions sausages, onion b**r and even onion (& fig) ice cream!

Ray Bater appreciates why the Onion Johnnies chose bicycles over wheelie suitcases...20kg is a heavy drag to the port!
