今日我要為小朋友既「寒背」大平反！！

好多家長以為寒背係因為懶，坐姿差，其實更多成因係因為脊椎移位，只要整返好條脊椎，自然可以好好支撐身體，到時你想寒背都難。

好多人以為：甩骹裝返、郁得返，就代表已經冇事。但其實甩骹都有分方向，如果復位角度有偏差，即使日常活動到，活動時仍然可能會痛、唔自然、甚至不停反覆發炎。有時問題唔係「未裝返」，而係：👉 裝得未夠準。身體會慢慢代償，久而久之就變成長期痛症。今次...
