We’ve shared some pretty special moments at the sauna this summer golden sunsets, an eclipse, birthdays, anniversaries, new babies 🩷, Valentines sessions, Mothers & Fathers day, some incredible talented Insta influencers doing their content thing! happiness a little saddness, quiet moments to yourself and that post-sauna glow we’ll never get tired of. 🤍

We’ve watched a brand new community grow. People arriving as strangers and leaving chatting & planning their next sauna session, long distance friends reconnected, families spending proper time together and people simply take an hour out of busy life for themselves.

It’s those little moments that have made the sauna feel like such a special place and created this lovely community around it.

Come amd give it a go for yourself. There are quite a few people out there that would highly reccomend.

Pick a bunch and pop them into the kiulu.... A little Finnish vocab for sauna bucket. The herbs will infuse the steam as you sauna. Lavender, mint & lemon balm … they smell gorgeous and add a whole new sensory layer to your Hiki. 🌿💦🔥

Up before the world woke…

We got up early and enjoyed sauna at sunrise — and wow, it was worth it.
