I nearly forgot to tell you…but the kids are back so I’m getting more organised

My next Sound Journey is next Monday, 14th — and I have just two spaces left.

Come and float away for an hour of beautiful sounds, vibrations and deep rest. A little pause from the outside world, where you can simply lie back, breathe, receive and let the sounds wash over you.

We’ll play with voice, energy, meditation and intuitive practices, then slow right down with tea, Oracle cards and conversation.

What if we stopped trying so hard to fix ourselves?

I’ve been looking at Nami Healing in Exmouth, and what caught my attention wasn’t simply the Reiki, sound healing, somatic work or drumming. It was the idea behind it: that sometimes we don't need fixing. We need space to stop, breathe and reconnect with ourselves.

There is something incredibly special about returning to Exmoor and sharing a Shamanic Drum Journey beneath its vast, dark skies.

An invitation to Come Back to Yourself

I’m opening up more space for one-to-one sessions from September— a deeply personal space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and listen to what’s underneath the surface.

My sessions are intuitively guided and may weave together Reiki, energy healing, somatic practices, sound, breath and intuitive healing, depending on what you need in the moment.

No two sessions are the same.

A week of family, laughter and making memories…

What an amazing week away with my family.

14 of us all together — and I honestly wasn’t sure how it would feel!

But it turned out to be one of the loveliest experiences of my year.

The children, the noise, the mess, the laughter, the pool adventures, exploring new places, late-night chats and all those little moments that become memories.

It’s really made me reflect on how precious our relationships are, and how important it is to put our energy into the people and things that bring love, connection and joy into our lives.

We all have different relationships and different seasons in life, and sometimes it’s simply about noticing what feels good, nurturing those connections and being present for the moments that matter.

I feel incredibly blessed.

And now I’m back on home soil…

I’m definitely going to enjoy the quiet, my own bed and a little space

…but I know I’m going to miss all the chatter too!
