We were absolutely delighted to welcome Kara back this afternoon for our regular yoga session! 🧘‍♀️✨

Kara brought along some wonderful sensory items today, which immediately captured everyone’s attention and sparked lots of curiosity and interest. It was lovely to see everyone exploring the different textures and sensations, with plenty of smiles and engagement along the way🐚🪹🪶

Today we explored energy and frequency! 💫

We discussed gratitude and it was interesting to notice what they were grateful for compared to the children I taught last week…
