SUNDAY 18/10
Still plenty of goodies to make it worth a visit. The croissant Frangipan tart is phenomenal even if I do say so myself 👌

Time for a wee update.
After a few more tweaks and endless patience and understanding (and impeccable customer service) from Baldertech Joelle is now settled with her new powerchair and I am feeling much more confident (Mags is working on it too!).
Today we managed a woodland walk, hills, the bantry and high street with ease! No more strained backs, sore arms, fear of falling down hills, running out of puff coming up hills, barriers ruining Joelle’s view, getting stuck on tree roots and uneven paths. It feels so freeing!!!
So once again, thank you to everyone who supported Joelle’s fundraising to enable us to buy this incredible piece of equipment 🥰

One place I can’t wait to try out is Blair Drummond Safari Park so she can actually see all the animals. One of her absolute fave places

This could be one of the best things I’ve ever made! Croissant Frangipan tart 🧡
Not too sweet (because I managed to resist the urge to ice it), fresh blueberries, nutty, sticky caramel base but enough croissant to make it indulgent and firm. Delicious! Available now

Breakfast delivery this morning 👌 plenty for everyone plus a little extra
