I have been fortunate enough to work in the field of nature conservation and countryside management for the last 30 years. During that time I have accumulated a huge amount of knowledge and experience; and I have worked in, lived in and looked after some truly fabulous places like the Elan Valley (Mid-Wales), Lundy (North Devon) and St Abb's Head (East Berwickshire). However, in recent years I hav

e spend more time in the office and less time out and about enjoying nature and sharing my love for it with others. The financial crisis brought about by Covid 19 resulted in me being made redundant from my job at St Abbs, and so I am taking this as an opportunity to return to doing the stuff I like the best - and so In Our Nature was born! I offer nature tours, talks and training alongside countryside advice and services.

Its on days like today that I miss taking folk out on wildlife cruises to enjoy the seabirds and the stunning scenery at St Abb's Head. But at least I get to look at this view (between visitors) when I work at St Abbs Visitor Centre. 😍😎💙
