🏃🏻♀️ Today officially marks the start of my training for the New York City Marathon 🇺🇸🗽
So… apologies in advance for the influx of running posts, long run updates, Strava screenshots, foam rolling content and discussions about carb loading 🤭
As a physio, I love helping people through their training journeys… but there’s something really important about putting yourself through the process too. The highs, the ni**les, the tired legs, the motivation dips and the excitement of working towards a huge goal.
I’ll be sharing a bit of the journey along the way — the good runs, the tough runs and everything in between 👟
