We often think habits are the problemâŠ
But actually, habits are just patterns playing out.
Before you try to change a habit, try this instead:
âš Map it.
Get curious, not critical.
Ask yourself:
âą Whatâs happening just before it?
âą What am I feeling in that moment?
âą What does the habit give me (relief, distraction, comfort)?
âą What changes afterwards?
Because every habit is doing something for you⊠even if itâs not helpful long-term.
When you can see the pattern clearly,
youâre no longer stuck inside itâŠ
you can start to gently change it.
Change doesnât start with willpower.
It starts with awareness.
