We've made it, just one more day!

We all need a bit of healing and relaxation after that hot dry summer but funds are low, so I'm offering a huge 20% off any treatment booked during September.

It's so important to be as educated as possible in the area of work I'm in, i took a course on domestic violence and how to support people earlier in the year, and now in October I undergo a course in supporting young people deal with serious illness, loss and bereavement 🌿

As we wind down the last little bit of what's been an amazing summer and summer holidays, I want to say a huge thank you. Thank you to everyone who has come to see me, this is the busiest I've ever been in the treatment room with most weeks being fully booked 🙌
Thank you to all the parents who have brought their children in, thank you to all the new customers who've been through the door and made themselvesat home, thank you to my existing clients who trust me to help them, just thank you to everyone 😊

There's no need to give up looking after your feet through the autmn and winter, from September I'll be bringing in my winter pedicures, think warm and cosy! 🦶

After a very busy couple of seeing many, many, MANY feet my little foot spa gave up..... may God rest her workhorse soul 🙏

But that does mean that this new age digital device gets to reign supreme! You go girl 👏

Also joining us to the party are these charcoal sponges 🧽 made with activated charcoal these little beauts help absorbs excess oil and gently exfoliates the skin 🦶 now part of every wet pedicure 🦶

If you know me you know how skin cancer is something very personal to me having battled it myself.

I take looking after skin very seriously, here at The Erb Lady we are extremely busy with pedicures and nails, many of which are going under our uv lamp on a regular basis.

To make sure all our customers and staff are safe not only have we made sure all our gels meet government guidelines, we also now offer the application of spf 30 sun lotion on hands and feet to everyone who will be using the lamp. We will also have fingerless gloves very soon for anyone wanting to use them.

Your skin is the largest organ of your body, protect it, its not worth the risk trust me 🦶💅☀️

After sitting back and seeing how cut throat our beauty and holistic industry can be and having had my own experiences, I wanted to share an experience I had this weekend.

Crystal stalls are a plenty at the moment, a lot of holistic events are 'clicky' and you see the same people at the same events all the time.
This weekend I was one of several crystal stalls, 2 of us being outside 2 stalls away from each other (absolutely fine doesn't bother me) I've seen the lady before, brought from her and she's absolutely lovely. We saw each other (in the toilets of all places doing hair and make up 😂) and had a lovely chat we complimented each other's work and stall, we supported each other, shared stories good and bad and we hugged. Genuine happiness and support for each other from ladies that had nothing but love for each other.

This is how it should be. We don't have to be against each other, we don't have to be jealous, we don't have to fight for spaces at events and we don't have to have groups of people that stick together and not let anyone else join in (primary school behaviour) we are part of something bigger and better than that. We are part of a belief that we support each other, look after each other, we heal each other and we have each other's backs 🩷
