Self massage for scars
In between appointments for scar release massage, I teach clients how to continue the benefits by undertaking self massage at home.

Did a block printing workshop with Sue Welfare on Sunday. Great fun and addictive. Highly recommend this workshop!

On Wednesday 15th April, Sue Welfare will be teaching a block printing workshop where you will learn to print and make your own cushion cover.

This special full day workshop costs £95 and includes all materials, inks and equipment as well as tea and coffee. We recommend bringing an apron as the printing part can get a bit messy!'

(Please note that lunch is not provided. Cushion pads will be available to buy at a discounted rate if required)

I am road testing a new workshop next week and would like 2 volunteers…. would you like to try making some little stud earrings?

🔨 £30 to cover materials
☕️ 🍪 Tea, Coffee and biscuits provided

You will go home with a pair of stud earrings and have practised melting silver and soldering pins on the back.
